Our experience at Xuan Spa at the Hyatt was the perfect welcome to Saigon after nearly 30 hours of travel. We walked in exhausted and left completely restored. The setting is serene and refined, but what truly stands out is the skill of the therapists. Every treatment felt deeply intentional and expertly delivered. The Rice Palm of the Mekong body treatment was beautiful — nourishing, grounding, and incredibly rejuvenating for travel-worn skin. The ingredients and ritual felt distinctly Vietnamese while still delivering world-class spa results. The Ben Tre Hydration Facial was exactly what long-haul skin needs. Deeply hydrating, brightening, and restorative — we left glowing and visibly refreshed. And the Tra Su Forest Deep Tissue Relief Massage (60 minutes) was exceptional. Firm, precise, and therapeutic in all the right ways — perfect for releasing stiffness and muscle tension after long flights. It struck the ideal balance between vigorous and restorative. From the warm welcome to the final cup of tea, every detail was thoughtful. Xuan Spa isn’t just a hotel spa — it’s an experience in renewal. We would return in a heartbeat.

The best massage and spa experience I’ve had in Asia! We are seriously considering another trip to HCMC just to get a massage here. Also really enjoyed using the jacuzzi and steam room before the massage.

Lovely service and great massages, though there was time where I saw a staff walked in the toilet and walked out without washing hands 🥲 abit of a hygiene concern there, otherwise overall good

It’s great, they have jacuzzi, steam sauna and swimming pool included, the are is green, full of palm trees 🌴 and flowers. Definitely worth it! Might be a bit pricey though:)

Ok, this is insane but I’m leaving a review after…12 years! Can you imagine how memorable this experience was?! And I gotta tell you this was the best facial my husband received in his life! He looked 10 years younger after that magic service. And we are so well travelled. Through out the years we tried my facials by Biologique Recherche, etc.. And some of them were great too. But Xuan Spa did literally magic. I wish I had photos before and after.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. Jacuzzi and steam room available for use before or after treatments. Massage was good but not amazing, and at this price point you expect amazing. Booked two massages at a lovely nearby spa for a fraction of the price and the deep tissue massage was amazing, with skill and precision.
